Marcel Salon

I’ve had the most unpleasant experience at this salon today. I arrived 6 minutes late for my appointment and tried calling the salon several times to inform them of my late arrival (what a courteous customer should do) to only get a busy signal.! . Upon my arrival the front desk clerk informed me that the gentleman who was scheduled to do my facial would be running a few minutes behind. That few minutes turned into an hour wait time. The front desk clerk repeated that he was wrapping things up throughout the course of my wait. So my anticipation was that it would only be a few minutes longer. When asked how much longer I would have to wait she informed me another 30 minutes because he didn’t know it was going to be a facial... he thought it was a hair appointment. I don’t know how he would have presumed such being I called the salon at 10ish to confirm my appointment time and what service they had me down for. I think this is unprofessional to your consumers. I would NOT recommend going to this salon if this is how they treat their paying customers.

Idk about the brazilian treatment that got a bad rating...But I went to Diana for my very first dye and highlights about eight yrs ago and she did an amazing job...since then i have not been able to find anyone to leave my hair the same also she is the reason I got introduced to the CHI Iron (which helped me out alot)..beside the fact that I know her family I HIGHLY recommend MARCELS HAIR SALON. If only I lived in San Antonio I would still go to her....

I find it absolutely wonderful that Tina is an RN and Esthetician. I feel more secure that she is more qualified than most Estheticians in the community. Her prices are also reasonable ie: You can get a $60.00 hour and 1/2 facial and massage. Most spa are alot more expensive charging $150.00 for exactly the same thing.



Plus the environment is Japanese in style and comforting. Everyone should check her business out!!
