We visited the San Antonio store today for my son's birthday. It was just the family celebrating and it started out great. We bowled first and had a great time, then went and ate pizza which was great, fast service, and for a decent price. It went downhill with the laser tag, gravity ropes and arcade.

The laser tag, we stood in line for over 15 mins to find out that we had to sign up around the corner before we were supposed to get in line. We were kicked out of line, went a sign up and had to wait an hour to play. We went to play in the arcade and could not believe how much each game cost. I bought a $10 card for each of the children which only lasted a few minutes. I was very disappointed that most games costs close to $2 each.

After the hour was up, we went to the laser tag and got back in line, we get to the front to find they double booked that time and even though we were the first to sign up for that time, they could not help our full group. So my mother and niece went to play games and the rest went to play laser tag. When we got in there, there were not enough vest and guns for everyone in our group and the girl did nothing but give us attitude. Telling me I would just have to sign up for another time and the rest of my group was wasting their time, she didn't want to get us a manager and was so rude about everything.

The manager finally came over to resolve the issue and did help. However, after that we went to have the kids do the gravity ropes to find out we had to sign up and wait another hour. I was so frustrated with these issues. We spent over $200 for a family in one day and I will never go back. I hope to discourage anyone I can from wasting their time and money there!
