Today is my sons birthday on veterans day. Today i walked into the store not knowing what to expection and on time. Ty so much for making this day special. Sorry i was a babbling mess...long veterans day weekend.god bless u all... ill be wide awake next time...lol

Went in to order a cake for my moms bday talked to a guy white short about 5' 6 tips him I wanted to order a sheet cake threat sevres 20 to 25 people told him I had some colors in mind for the cake I showed him a picture and he said of no you wasn't to go over to consult area for that kind of cake.tried explaining I didn't want the cake in the picture that I wanted a regular sheet cake I wanted the colors if possible but he want understanding so I asked can I just see a photo album to pick a cake. He still saps yea all albums are over there.so I went over waitEd 15 mins just so the last to tell me the type of cake I wanted had to be ordered up front.by this time I was already upset.this other girl helps me and completely understand what I want so I place order I showEd her the picture to see if the colors are possible to get she said she can get close I was fine with it but then the guy comes and snatches my phone out of my hand and says he's going to show the cake decorator to see if she can make the cake and design but that's not what I was asking for he didn't understand what I was asking.the girl tried explaining to him what I was asking for and he got in her face and was telling that he was not misunderstanding anything he knew what I was asking for.I told him to but out and go back to his own customer.I will never go back to that shop ever again because he has no people skills he needs to go stay in the back or somewhere else.

This is a great cake shop we had ordered from another shop and the did not get our order on time. we called Lucy's cake shop on sat morning at 10 am and they had two picture cakes ready for us by 130 pm for our party. they were a life saver.

I ordered a cake from this place, they couldnt find my order, they kept telling me that the order wasnt finished. i spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to convince this lady that my husband put an order and she kept saying its incomplete! she never looked for it! my husband had to call, he spent other 35 minutes until this lady went to re-check again, and she found it... i spoke to the manager and her excuse was "sorry we have too many orders" ans she kept arguing with me! how is it my fault that there are too many orders???? I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
