Used them after the hail storm in 16 when my windshield and back glass were smashed out and they were great, then had to use them again last week for a new windshield after a rock hit my windshield. Keith answered the phone and booked my appointment, after a short conversation he asked me about my house bc of the hail, I had mentioned to him at the time that it was as bad as my car and he remembered our conversation, I was very pleasantly surprised and that is customer service you can not beat. Really made me feel like a valued customer and not an open wallet. The new windshield also looks great, Mike the technician was prompt, courteous and professional.

I live outside of Hondo - about an hour from San Antonio. They came to me, and when there was a minor issue came back out the next day to correct it. These guys are awesome and I won't let anyone else touch my auto glass again! Great attitude and great service!!

I called L&M after calling other glass companies for a quote. They quoted me the best price, so I decided to go with them. They replaced my windshield the same day. Not only was the price great but the quality of installation was excellent and the customer service was very professional. I will be using L&M Auto Glass for any future auto glass needs.

Scheduled for windshield repair and they were a no show. They called me at the end of the day and ask "well what do you want to do?" "Do you want to reschedule tomorrow?"



Yeah, lets reschedule since you failed to show up when you were supposed to! Whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had gone to a different company when my car windows had got broken and had a horrible experience with them. When another one of my windows got broken I found these guys, and was more than satisfied with how quick & professional they were. They came to my work and fixed my car for me in the parking lot and are even taking care of the problems that the first company had created. I regret not going to them in the first place but would recommend them without hesitation to anybody that needs work done :)

These guys are on point! They are the cheapest guys in town for windshield replacement by about $60, are punctual, and guarantee their work with a full warranty. A month after my first windshield replacement, I took another rock that very quickly turned into a huge crack. Although they couldn't replace it under warranty since it was not due to their installation, they gave me a significant discount on their already very low price. I am super satisfied with L&M and would recommend them for windshield replacement.

The guys came right to my work and replaced my windshield while it was in the lot. they were quick and super nice.
