Kim Wah Chinese BBQ

The name says Chinese BBQ, but don't let that fool you. They are truly a master of all Chinese dishes. The Peking Duck is done in the old way and melts in your mouth. The Orange sauce is truly a delight and a cut above other restaurants. The specialty dishes off the chalk board include the very best quality ingredients ,and the sea food is as fresh as it gets. On top of all this, you will find sauces from the very mild to the very spicy. And the price is amazingly modest for the superb quality. Be sure to ask for the authentic Chinese menu in addition to the American Chinese menu.We have eaten in some of the finest Chinese restaurants in China, the West Coast of the US, and in Europe, and Kim Wah's food is certainly right up there among the group of the best available. I have tried their noodle soup and stir-fry noodles. The portions were huge. The food were fresh and delicious. Can't wait to go back to try their specialty, the roast duck.
