        Steer clear of this corrupt business. Once you are a tenant they will ignore all of your maintenance needs but give out your personal contact number to contractors to do cosmetic work on the property. They show up with no notice and repeatedly take pictures of your personal property. I was told repeatedly my concerns didn't matter, they were there to please the property owners, never the tenant.
