I would never go to the dealer or any other hydraulic service or repair if I'm within 250 miles of Hydraulic Specialists. Made that mistake too many times. Everybody at Hydraulic Specialists is happy to help you. But everyone wants to talk to Mickey, just like I do. And who wouldn't, he's always got some insight to help prevent or reduce similar breakdowns, thrown in with some fatherly advice and his knowledge of all things hydraulic is vast and he can recall it faster than any computer I've seen. But give everyone there a chance, as I've found out Mickey has done an excellent job of training and hiring, (or maybe it was just dumb luck). His mechanics are all long term employees that specialize in specific hydraulics. Cylinder repair, pump or motor rebuild, gear boxes and he has a machine shop in house. Mickey has saved me thousands of dollars over the last two years in repairs alone, not to mention how much down time he's saved me by his quick turn-a-rounds. Like everybody knows it's hard to make money with a broken down machine. Thanks for all the great service!
