GSG Property Management

Avoid this property management company at all costs. They skew the books at the end of a rental term in order to avoid paying what is due to tenants. It is simple math, but for some reason they can't figure out how to accurately pay what is due to folks.

They told me that our rent was increased for the last month of our term when we were in fact under contract for several more months (military clause). This is illegal and they don't seem to care. They can't figure out how to prorate rent properly and I've been fighting them since we moved out in May 2016. This whole thing is over $61.29 that they owe us. They never respond to phone calls and they've stopped emailing us back. I really hope all this negative publicity is worth it.

Again, avoid this company at all costs. Take note: they do not take care of your property if you are looking to use them for property management. They are supposed to do quarterly inspections per the lease and they came out to the house three times over a one and a half year (almost two years) tenure.

Do not ever use this company! I repeat... DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They make you believe they want to help you when they actually just wanna take your money. I do not recommend them. I have had several issues with my rental property since I moved in & they have not been fixed. I have called numerous times only to be lied to. I have emailed Courtney & Kristy & they are both liars. They care nothing about their tenants only about the money. I would refer to them as slum lords. If I didn't have to put a star they would definitely have none. I'm very dissatisfied & if I ever see their name on another property I will run the other way! I recommend you do the same.

Do not recommend this company either! They don't do what they say and have the worst communication. Owner is extremely rude and will avoid your calls and emails. Money is not sent to you when it is supposed to and her staff is just as rude. Do not waste your money especially if your are military and will not be in the same city. Nothing but stress!

I don't recommend anyone to use this company. They have been the worse experience for me and my family. The owner is very rude and unprofessional and failed to return our deposit within the 30 days. There are plenty of other great property management companies to use in the area that actually value their clients.
