BEEN GOING THERE PAST 7 YEARS and i understand people want great service and sometimes you have SOME PEOPLE THAT WANT FREE SERVICE AND I AS FAR AS GREAT SERVICE

I recently took my car to be serviced here. Needed a new clutch & was quoted a price of around 350 for repair work to be started. I agreed & left my car. I called a few times during the week to check on my car & my phone calls were being avoided & the owner was conveniently never there when I asked to speak to him. Finally went in person to the store to check on my car & pick it up. This is when the "co-owner" spoke to me. He stated that they had ended up doing more work & now my total was between 950-1000 instead. They never called me to inform me they were doing more work & I never authorized anything but what I originally went in for. When I told the co-owner this he threatened me by saying that he "was in the pen and to watch myself" When I told him I would not be paying these extra charges he told me he wouldn't release my car and to leave. I told him he was not allowed to do this legally as the extra "repairs" he had done were UNAUTHORIZED. I asked for an itemized receipt & he would not give me one & still won't give me one. The man threatened me & I just wanted to leave so I tried to pay him & this is when he stated that now he was not even going to accept paying with my card even though they accept credit & debit card payments. He was very shady about the whole situation. I paid the cash and took my car because I was scared that they would damage it more on purpose. As I drove it away my clutch was still making the same noise as I had originally taken the car in for. The co-owner took the price up from 300 to 1000 simply because he wanted to take advantage & scam me. He still will not give a receipt & will not provide me with anything I have asked for. These are the exact kind of people that give mechanics a bad name. I called another mechanic & was told to file a lawsuit because this business is known for doing this. Don't take your car here unless you want it even more damaged and unless you want to be threatened by a guy that "served time in the pen"

had to get a tuneup oil change and brakes and the best part is I got to bring the parts I needed so I saved money witch is always a good thing. thanks go to guys.. see you in 80000 miles :)

did more damage to my truck then I initially brought it there or I paid in fll and a month later they still haven't finished my vehicle, already reported to bbb.. horrible place.. stay away

Stay far far away from these guys!! they had my vehicle for over three months and it still was not fixed after i gave them 1.500 i had to finally had to threatened them to get my vehicle back. so save yourself a lot of toruble and not take it to this guys THEY ARE NOT THE GO TO GUYS!! BUT THE STAY AWAY FROM GUYS!!!!!!!!
