I would never ever go back to this office or recommend anyone to go here. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time and it still took them over an hour to call just 1 of my 2 sons. We sat in the back at the chair for over 45 minutes before I walked out without either of my sons ever being seen by the dentist. There was only one dentist in the office and about 10 patients, they way overbooked the dentist and expected everyone to be okay with it. Before I left I asked how long it would be before my first son called would be seen and the assistant said she didn't know all she could tell me was he was in a long treatment right then. When I told her I was leaving, she just said okay and agreed with me that they overbooked their patients and do it everyday. The office staff are completely used to patients walking out before being seen, it was obviously the normal, everyday happening there. I asked the front receptionist how my insurance would be billed because all my son had done was x-rays and there was no way I was going back there, she just said she'd give me a copy of his x-rays. NO apologies from anyone, no effort whatsoever to keep my business. VERY AWFUL experience.



Don't waste your or your childs time. This office is not only extremely slow but they lack any customer service skills. They don't care

I took my soon in March of 2008. It was a horrible experience for him. I think he had a reaction to the medication they gave him b/c he looked wide-eyed and did not act like himself. B/C he kept moving, she just got up and walked

w/o a word to me!!! Her assistants were the ones that told me she was done and not coming back.

My husband and I are both nurses and I could never imagine walking away from a patient.



They then refused to give us his records, which is a HIPPA violation. We finally got the records in NOV. ....7 months

later. We also found a great dentist.
