If I could give 0 stars, I would.



After having a death in the family my sister in Florida sent flowers she ordered online. She paid $90 for a beautiful arrangement; however, what was delivered to my house was far short of the arrangement she ordered. When she called the shop for resolution they promised to deliver the arrangement she purchased the following morning. After 3 days I didn't receive the new arrangement & my sister called for a refund. They told her that a refund isn't possible because they attempted delivery twice and no one was home. When I learned this I began calling Flowers Etc. It took 2 days for them to answer their phone. The man I spoke to was very argumentative and changed his story that the delivery person was unable to gain entry to Ft Sam Houston as I live on post. He lied and said they called me multiple times which simply isn't true - I have call waiting & voicemail - no one from Flowers Etc ever tried to call me or make delivery. I asked that he refund my sister; after rudely refusing he hung up on me.



They are very unprofessional and dishonest - I hope you choose to take your bussiness elsewhere. -Ripped Off Soldier, Ft Sam Houston, TX.

Horrible, awful business. Do not use! Flowers were supposedly (according to the florist) "left" on the doorstep of my relative's house when they were not home in the peak of summer. When my relative arrived home there was no arrangement. I contacted Arturo and he spoke over me with his voice raised the entire time, I could barely get a word in. He kept arguing with me that "the flowers are there!". He proceeded to tell me that they never have problems in the history of the business and always "drop off" flowers at the door if nobody is home, and that nobody steals flowers in San Antonio. I asked him why they didn't leave a note that they had come by instead of supposedly leaving the arrangement on the doorstep and he grilled me as to why I didn't notify the person ahead of time that I was sending them flowers. I told him that there were supposed to be a surprise (like most flower deliveries). He kept arguing that they are there and when I told him again- "Arturo, really....the flowers aren't there", he then threw a tantrum like a baby, told me that he wasn't going to argue with me anymore and then hung up on me. He was so rude, that I literally wondered if this was a prank. Unfortunately it was not. Arturo is just an awful, unstable person who is definitely in the wrong line of business. I do not believe this company is legitimate. If it is, it is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. I do not believe that the arrangement was ever delivered. Side note to Arturo: I have reported you to Teleflora, (the company that I ordered from) and they are aware of what you did. You will NOT be receiving my money for the "imaginary" flower delivery. Teleflora also has a strict policy that you are never supposed to drop off flowers on a doorstep and leave if nobody is home (unless specifically told to do so) . You have some serious mental health issues. When someone calmly tells you that they are having a problem with your service, it is not normal to freak out on them for no reason. Apparently you don't want to keep any business. I can't express enough how awful Flowers Etc. was to deal with. Arturo - You need to stop stealing from people and get on some medication ASAP............... (Please note: Flowers Etc should not be a reflection on Teleflora. Teleflora has been wonderful in resolving this issue. Actual flowers will be delivered tomorrow by a different florist.)

Horrible service. I called to have flowers delivered on Thursday before Valentine's Day... Online order - but nothing delivered Thursday. No delivery on Friday, either. Nobody would answer the phone - either the local or the 1-888 number.



I called on Monday and after FIVE attempts, someone picked up the phone and just left it on the counter. I could hear them working & talking... but no response to my repeated "hello?"



I call again and after THREE ATTEMPTS with no answer I get someone who tells me that they were delivered today. They told me they tried to call me - I had NO MISSED CALLS - because their "driver had an accident". Which day? They tell me they are now delivered and they would take $10 off my order.



I will not be using Flowers Etc. again.

I recently placed an order with Flowers Etc. I can say that I am very happy with the service I got. I asekd for something to be made by the florist that felt as if it came from the heart. Wow i was shocked. Not only can I say I was happy but very impressed with what I got for the amount of money I spent. I read some of the other reviews and I am amazed how people act. One example, really how can someone be unhappy with a flower arrangment. Is it not about the thought that was put into it. Really if anyone was to be upest about a color of vase or something people should really be greatfull for whtat they got or that they were thought of. As i have always said people of today are very rude and beleive that everything should be given to them. I beleive be fair. I only hope that these people who write rude comments dont hate god because look around and realize he was a florist just like what we deal with and I am sure we would be greatful for what provided. So I would suggest try this florist as I did and see for yourself how wonderful they are and how they try to work with you as some may not. I had to say something since I did read the other reviews and was just amazed at how people are selfish about someone who is trying to bring happiness to others. Keep up the good work Flowers Etc. I will suggest you to many of my clients and friends.

Please find another florist. It is shocking that people who are in the business of delivering something to brighten a day can be so rude and unprofessional. I should have known there might be a problem when it took forever on the phone because the owner could not locate the photo on his own website of the arrangement I wanted to order for my Sister's birthday. When I asked for the order to be reviewed, he had my sisters name wrong. He also would not send an email with order confirmation and instead promised to fax the next day. My sister's favorite color is purple. The Vase for this order was supposed to be purple. When my sister texted me to thank me, she sent a photo of the arrangement and the vase was clear glass. I had specifically confirmed with the owenr that the vase would be purple. So, I called to question why it was clear glass and not purple, the clerk I spoke to was rude and insisted that I was wrong and my sister was not telling me the right thing about the vase. Then the owner, grabbed the phone and proceeded to tell me he was going to drive to my sister's office building and go and retrieve the entire arrangement! I could not believe what I was hearing. I told him she worked in a highly secure building and I am sure they would not allow him into the building. I also told him I could not believe his nerve in trying to ruin my sisters birthday. I was just trying to get due credit for the wrong vase being used. He proceeded to yell at me, tell me that he should have charged me more and that my sister had no business complaining. I explained that she did NOT complain, the only reason I saw the flowers was she sent me a photo with a thank you on my phone. I will never do business with this company. I hope anyone else stays away.

I would like to apologize if there was some misunderstanding with deliver .We are here to brigten peoples days and i am sorry that we not meet your expectationes , but with all honesty i asked what your sister would want done to correct the situation ,cause every suggestion i made was not satisfactory . i offer to sent another purple vase and you mention that your sister was gone for the day at 3 pm we sorry again that if we failed to do so . oh the vase we used for your flowers was on ftd touch of spring bouquet wich its a lavander or purple color , and we deliver another purple vase to your sisters office at 3:45 pm and she was there ! We did a service wich i beleive was to bring happiness to someone once again.

The WORST.

I live out of town and ordered flowers for mothers Day for Mothers $70. Was supposed to be pink roses and white lilies. She got a small bouquet with one rose. She opened her door at 7am to them the day after mothers day. They apparently delivered them at 730pm on mothers Day and did not long the doorbell. The flowers also had very little water and looked sad. Also, some were broken. I called to complain abt delivery and wrong flowers, and the man I spoke with was BEYOND RUDE!! He hung up on me several times and persisted in calling me a liar and telling me that what I was saying was "bullsh*t". DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS MAN!!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! (The only reason he got one star is bcs I cannot select zero.)

Don't ever ever use Flowers ETC in San Antonio | Flowers ETC (210) 524-0122 ... they are by the worst florist in san antonio the told my mom to go outside to get the flowers i send her , told me that she is a liar , then canceled my order share this with everyone because this company should be shut down ppl know I'm overseas trying to give my mom some flowers for mothers day and this bullstuff happens so be cool and tell everyone this place sucks and manager is and jerk with no customers service and the one star is because they manage to fool ppl , and now all the way from the middle east i have to find another way to give my mother flowers for mothers day I'm glad this shop supports the troops

Beautiful Arrangement...Great Service

Ordered flowers from out of town for my aunt and cousin. Called and placed my order after talking with an employee. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful according to my cousin. Their prices were very fair and the delivery was on time. Definitely will use Flowers Etc again.
