        Dear Ms. Pedraza, On behalf of my family, I am writing to thank you for the wonderful floral standing spray you created for my fathers funeral services. My Mom had a very specific idea of what she wanted to have ( unique, different, with large spider mums) and you certainly exceeded her expectations. We received numerous compliments and inquireies about the spray as it stood out among the many beautiful arrangements received from firends and family members. I would also like to thatnk you for the manner in which you assisted us during the selection process. You were patient, kind and respectful during one of the most diffecult periods in our lives.
