This is an INCREDIBLE store! I finally found a 10-gallon fluorescent hood here at a fair price--after making three trips to other stores whose employees insisted they had fluorescent hoods but only had LED. I'm on a fixed income and these prices are the best in town!
As a former teacher, I applaud Fintique for standing firm against uncontrolled children. I wish other stores had the same policy!

Serious you idiots with kids ! Control your kids and it's a shame Fintique has to do it for you! There's a lot of glass and children running in store really. Us tell your control kid for Tapping or putting there hands in the tank.

Fintique offers some of the best deals on quality fish in the city. I have taken my kids into the store and have kept them under control and under my watch. If I wanted them to run, I will take them to a park. Parents shouldn't blame a store for expecting them to parent their kids. In the same token, Yellow Pages shouldn't allow a low rating to a store due only to their policy to not allow parents to not parent.

This is a great store. I take my kids sometimes, and they always enjoy going. Never had a problem, and have became a regular. My kids aren't perfect but know better then to run around a store full of glass fish tanks. This is common sense people. Control your kids. I defend this store, because its awesome. You shouldn't blame your bad parenting on somebody else.

This place has bad fish and worse customer service. My daughter like any kid was running in the fish room. A employee screams in a high tone voice no running! First off if you have a problem with a child talk to the parents first, never ever yell at someone child. I was so upset I asked to talk to the manager and this really old lady, screams I will get the owner all upset and mad. The owner comes out of his office and starts off telling us kids can get hurt and law suits and all kinds of stuff. Worse he says bad parenting if kids are running all over and says we cannot do business and proceeds to ask us to leave. Everyone needs to know how bad the store, their employees and owner are. I will get on all forms and let everyone know.

I would never go there again!!! These people have something against kids. Family's with children I advise you NOT to go there. They will yell at your kids and then kick you out. Seriously who in their right mind will do that. Ugh please don't let your children experience this. My kids were very frighten how they were yelling at us after they got yelled at!!!

I have been going here many years. They have the best prices by far. The fish from here always last a long time. Good selection on fish

I changed out my tank to community fish. I checked out all the chain stores first, but am I glad I found Fintique. Better selection, better health, and better prices. They know what they are doing.
