Everyone on the staff has an "above and beyond" attitude. They are willing to go the extra mile whenever challenged and for any reason that involves providing better care for my "kids" after hours, weekends, it does not matter. What matters most to the staff is the care you and your pet are receiving. I am blown away with the incredible service provided. You can't buy this kind of service. They love their clients, animal and reptiles of every kind. You can FEEL this in the way they conduct themselves. I can't think of anyway you can improve this hospital. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the love and attention you have provided my "kids". I will never be able to thank you enough!!! God Bless each and everyone of you!!!

Grass outside is well-kept. Nice to have an area where my dog can make a pit stop before she enters the office as she is nervous and I don't have to worry about her having an accident inside.

So nice to have help to the car with my dog and supplies! Really appreciate the extra touch. Very nice appearance. Great artwork.

I did not have wellness appointments for my pets--I was only dropping them off for boarding. I arrived just as the clinic was closing for lunch/training but the staff was very accommodating and helped get the pets checked in quickly.

I really appreciate that someone always helps me out to my car when leaving the clinic with any of my pets. It's really hard to carry paperwork, keys, opening the door, etc. I really appreciate how the staff goes the extra mile and helps me out.

Michael the groomer is wonderful. My dog is always so happy when he sees him. He does a great job and always calls me when he is done!

The front desk was friendly and approachable; they did a great job in making a positive first impression. Dr. Miller and her team were incredible.. VERY friendly, nice and interested in our story and our puppy.

We have begun to take our 2 dogs there because we have been so impressed with all the staff, from the front desk to the vet tech's & the doctors. It's a bit of a hike for us to get there, but the care is so much better there.

Your people are always very professional, but friendly. We couldn't imagine taking our "babies" to any other veterinarians office. Just wouldn't have the same level of care. Excellent!!
