        First class eye exam and surgery. Was sent to the Eye Associates of South Texas for a cataract consultation by my local eye doctor. Saw Dr. Kavanagh at the consultation who diagnosed me with a surgical cataract. At which point he explained my lens (IOL) options and recommended a Panoptix lens, two cataract surgeries later I can now see without glasses for driving and reading. I'm so pleased with my results and it was painless. I would recommend the Eye Associates of South Texas and Dr. Kavanagh to all my friends and family.
