Dahill

I called they told me I would get a call back were going on 2 weeks no call back. I would not use Dahill for any copier in 2014 I had a Rep come to set up service contract I spoke to Robert 10 times that we have not gotten a bill he said he would take care of the contract. I called main office they were going to call me back they have never done now were are in 2016 they told me a new Rep will call they have not I would not use Dahill for any business,

Please keep an eye on your billing, they will never give you any documentation that a payment has been made as they expect you to keep track of all of your payments. Also, when a payment is received, they adjust your billing and apply it as needed. Once this company has you under contract, they will treat you like a second class citizen!

Keep an eye on the accounting department...they like to misapply payments and then tell you that you have an outstanding balance...I inherited the maintenance contract from my predecessor - I would strongly urge everyone to find another firm for the copier maintenance agreement.
