Cuevas Pinatas

This place has a lot of stuff for parties and is convenient if you want to get cheap things (quality) at a cheap price. As for the staff, I would have to say they're unprofessional and disrespectful. My boyfriend and I met here to buy a couple of things for our daughters birthday. The man who helped us, Jay was very helpful but when my boyfriend left he hit on me and then left me in the store by myself while his girlfriend was sitting in the car waiting for him to go get her a drink from the corner store. I kind of blew that off and continued on to renting a moonbounce, he said they would deliver on that day and start making deliveries around 10am. My party was scheduled to begin at 3pm and I made it clear that it would be fine as long as he brought it before that time. He agreed and then at 3:19pm he called and said he would arrive in 10minutes. He did not arrive until 4:30pm. Though I was furious, I let it go and was glad to finally have it (FYI it was a 3yr olds party with no moonbounce). He then told me that he cannot blow it up because he didn't have an extension cord, AN EXTENSION CORD...FOR THE MOONBOUNCE...THAT HE RENTS OUT. He continued on to say that he didn't know how big our yard was and was unapologetic, then left it there. We were forced to leave our party and get an extension cord so my guests could enjoy the party. AND PLEASE don't get me started on the CHEAP piñata that we also got from there...it was not filled and was still too weak to hang onto the rope. What a shame......never doing business there EVER AGAIN!

Beautiful cakes. I was impressed with an Eagle Scout cake for a ceremony that I attended. The owner will be making one just like it in the future. I'm sure she'll continue to impress me. I have been back twice in a three-month span. The cake and the frosting are both delicious---not too sweet; just right! Continued success.

I ordered a cake , a pinata, and a order of cupcakes. I called to cancel the cake the next day because we had to postpone the party. I however still needed the cupcake and pinata. I ordered everything on a Wednesday canceled the cake Thursday morning I even asked if they had started it and I was told NO. However Friday when i went to pick up my special pinata IT WASN'T MADE AND MY CUPCAKES looked HORRIBLE A 5 year old could have done those cupcakes and they were thrown together and I was SO UPSET. However since everyone was so nice i will continue to buy PINATA'S but NEVER A CAKE or CUPCAKES I think they assumed I was not going to pick up ANY of my order so they just gave me the cupcakes that where in the fridge half done . I will get my Pinata's there and my cakes at Lucy's until they prove themselves because it was a hot mess. I could have got better cupcakes at HEB . I know the owner has it in her to do better I think she just flopped

I visited this place, and about 4 other pinata stores on the same day. I was in search for a very special custom pinata. Cuevas had quality, handmade pinatas that were superior, compared to the other stores. The staff was very friendly and attentive, considering how busy they were.



I also appreciated that they had a wide variety of Mexican candies and favors; I was surprised to see that they also sell cakes?! Truly one stop; I wish I had gone there first!

I love Mr. and Mrs. Cuevas they are helpful ppl that aim to pls their customers they have everything for parties from ballon boquets, to TABLES AND CHAIRS, to moonwalks along w/ table cloths and center pieces. They have everything party city has but for a more resonable price.

Never again return to this place my cake wasnt done on time as said then two of the layers wanted to fall! Tasted way to sweet. Was better off buying an HEB cake.
