        Not pleased. I took my machine in to be repaired and spoke to a very nice lady. After a long conversation we decide to leave it for repair and cleaning; however, they want $199 up front. That's highway robbery!! Nope I took my machine to Brother/Singer Sewing Machine Repair off of I35/Thousand Oaks for total repair price $49.
