Cowboys Far West Limited

Did someone say PBR no im not talking about the beer but the bull riding also the ufc and other various concerts. This place has it all.....

My wife and I are down for the weekend and decided to check Cowboy's out. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by a courteous doorman and easily made our way into the club where we saw a variety of activities to keep us entertained....namely the dance floor with a full stage with lights, smoke, and everything. They even had a cover band that was honestly one of the better ones I have seen in my almost six years of living in Texas. There were many fully stocked bars and standing behind them were bar tenders that were attentative and seemed to keep the waiting down to a minimum. For those of us that chose beer over liquor there were also several beer stations that kept you from waiting in line behind people ordering multiple mixed drinks. This place has a bull, card and pool tables, and decent seating. Oh, and you can get food there too if you so choose. If you forgot your cowboy hat...they have you covered. There is a gift shop with some hats for both the ladies and the guys. In the four or so hours we were there we noticed that the bouncers were on their game because the rif-raf was non-existant. Those too young to drink did have an M written on both hands and were required to wear wristbands but that is understandable. I know that back home alot of the places make minors wear a shirt that announces their inability to purchase alcohol so I dont think that a mark and wristband is such a bad break. We had an outstanding time and plan on going back the next time we are in San Antonio.
