excellent work!! expedient service and friendly people. overall great experience. Usually, I hate dealing with mechanical places. I had a good experience this time and Collision Inn is fair and honest. They were very good with communicating the status of my car and dealing with my insurance claim. Did a fantastic paint job also. Glitter in the clear coat!!!!! People stop me on the street and ask where I had it done.

I normally have a lot of problems with shops around San Antonio, especially with the larger businesses. I would tell everyone to go to this shop; their service is quick and affordable and they were able to work on my 08 F350 no problem. I've only used their mechanical service but with the quality work they do I'm going to go back for accident damages on my other cars.

I had the pleasure of speaking with the Owner and the employees as well regarding their qualifications as well as their Licenses. I have found that they are federal, State and city compliant regarding, prices, bid processes etc. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for good fair prices. regarding Insurance. If you are ware of the process , Insurance companies base their decision on the bottom line as to who will service their clients. It would do this company Ill-will to over inflate their prices as this would not get them the bid. I am sorry you feel this way but your findings are unwarranted. And regarding whom you had spoken. Was this the manager? As you can see each mechanic has his or her license and or certification hanging in the shop to show their qualifications. This must be something you over looked. I would say next time speak with the manager and not a helper as they do not know operations. Thats why they get paid what they get paid.

This business is a small company trying to serve its community in a time of economical recession by doing good quality service at a cheap rate. All the mechanics that work here are certified and put their entire efforts into repairing every car. It is very disappointing that people can write bad reviews upon a legitimate, quality-service business. I would highly recommend this auto-repair shop.
