Cobblestone Shoe Hospital

This place is awesome. The man that assisted me was very pleasant. I would recommend this shop. Fixed the belt while I waited and best of all he didn't even charge me for it.

Pulled out my strappy rhinestone heals and inspected them to make sure they were still in good shape, they looked great with the exception of one heal tab had cracked. I took them to this shop to get fixed and had to wait several days for him to put a new tab on both shoes. When I picked them up today I immediately noticed 3 stones missing and a strap separated. The shop owner hooked the strap back on (but didn't bother to close the ring), said "I'm sorry Ms. Smith, I'll give you a discount on the repairs" then suggested I go to Hobby Lobby to look for replacement stones. I heard him overtell another customer that he is so busy that he can't remember any of his customers, he won't need to remember me, I won't be back. Anyone know of a GOOD shoe repair shop who can fix the damages?

Real shoe repair peeps in this day and age of cheap shoes etc. are few and far between. After taking my expensive boots to these guys to have a zipper fixed I am very happy with the result. They really look and talk like one would hope for in a niche field such as this.
