City-Base Vista Apartments

HI there has been multiple complaints that has brought my attention from most of the resident that lives there at the complex about resident apartment 2902 we have married husband and wife and family that leaves there that respects there private and the resident that lives in 2902 is disrespecting the married husband and guy and saying if she had a chances she would take you really quick and flirting a certain way and saying hi that what my husband says or the rest of resident and saying hi and be flirting with them and bieng a certain way to say hi to the guys that are married and maintenance guys and saying that the maintenance guys that are friends yes we have a maintenance guys are there to there job not to friends or flirting with them the residents are also noticing when she say hi in a flirting way to the maintenance guys or to other guys too when she walks her dog or washing her clothes we are all married and the ladies don't have time to be firting with any guys we all respects are guys or husbands If resident 2902 if she is married or has a boyfriend respect that noticed she has rings on her finger and telling all guys her family problems or telling the ladies that live there about her health issues or family problems it's none of there business and sometimes also my husband and the rest of residence married guys are noticing what she is wearing she wearing white jogging shorts and the guys can see her something underneath very disrecting on the complex we all dont need drama or any problems here also i have all ready notified law enforcement sapd about this matter thanks sincerely Mrs Tovar

I have been leasing with this apartment for over a year. They are so unorganized, they are small and over priced . This was the worst complex I have ever came across! They never keep up with your rent payments and try to charge you for things you do not use. The management is constantly changing! Everything about this place is horrible! They are just a big headache

the only good thing about this place its the location, management its change every 6 months aprox. this is our 4 manager in over a year, they charge you for cable even if you don't use it (don't like to waste my time on tv like our new manager who consider "hobby" what tv.) but if you like, well, it will be $40 extra for it, so it will be good, they are fence but that doesn't matter, people come in and broke in car, but it was until they stole they own storage room when they chance the security of this place (people who is paying for they salary and this place is not important like it their tools) the ones who use no so often or it take days, weeks to fix things (BUT i have to say that the maintenance guys are good, no problems with them) now with this new manager it was a extra $5 dlls to change the "key gate" and don't remember they say it will be charge.
Good things: location.
Bad: the rest, bad thing i renew me lease, just counting the months to leave!

I have one child and picking a safe place is crucial. I've lived here for four years and love it. They have beautiful grounds they make sure to keep up with by planting beautiful flowers and palm trees. They have two separate playgrounds for my child. They have an overnight security guard who is well known and visible. The apartment staff is professional and sweet. They always greet you with a smile and are never negative. The apartment manager is very professional and fair. She really listening and gives you options in any situation. I'm only moving because I found a house. Great place to live with a family: )

So, I'm a 20 year old, broke, college kid. After renewing my lease for the second time, i have started to truly regret that decision. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If an apartment is going to charge close to $800 for a one bedroom, you may as well go and buy a house. But for $800 a month, you would expect that all the amenities that we do pay for would at least work! However, the washing machines hardly ever work, and when they do work they charge your card twice! This place is a laundry list of problems, like how there is a monthly charge for pest control but for some reason, no matter how much I clean, there are always gnats in my apartment. Or adding on and EXTRA $40 a month to pay for cable, which isn't even an option, you are required to pay for cable even if you don't use it! If I wasn't scared of a broken lease, I would get up and move to somewhere that was actually worth all the money that I'm pouring into this place.

DO NOT RENT HERE! They trick you into longer leases, there are infested with roaches and pest inside and outside of the apartment. They are unreliable, there laundry room is disgusting, and so is the pool, especially during the summer.Did I mention the electricity shortages. The walls are so thin you feel like your in a constant novela. Just don't make the mistakes of renting here. Turn away now. Oh and I know people who vehicle's have been broken into and stolen.

Great place, if you like having leakage problems that they take MONTHS to half fix and then replace because the tiles on your shower is falling apart, oh but God forbid you're so much as one day late on the rent, we paid 610 dollars, we were short 60, they put a cover on our door knob until we paid the 60. Did I mention I'm still waiting for them to fix the oven that's been broken since before I moved here 6 MOTHS AGO? Steer clear of Shoddy Base Vista, you'll be happier because of it!

VERY COMFORTABLE AND NICE PLACE TO LIVE..VERY AFFORDABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE TO HEB TARGET AND WALMART...
