Butterfly Nails

I love this place! I was ecstatic that I had found a Hispanic salon! I have sensitive hands, so finding a nail tech that understood that seemed, close to impossible. Sandra doesn't rush, she takes her time and it comes out SO well! In my experience, the owner seemed professional. However, I don't prefer to have my nails done by her. I just simply love how Sandra does them. It's a comfortable, clean environment and I love coming here!

Respond to Michelle sorry you feel the way you do. As the owner i proudly serve my customers and consider myself a professional nail tech. Jamie is now doing nails at her house.

I am only rating the service of the 2 nail techs I used. They did a fantastic job. I did not have ANY issues with Jamie and Sandra.
The owner on the other hand is NOT a good nail tech. She is rough and the job turns out crappy. She is rude and is the main reason I am searching for another nail salon.
Customer service starts with the boss. I was informed she doesnt like me {like I care}. Pretty sad when I am supposed to greet her as I walk in. So apparently customer service works in reverse at her nail salon, we the customer are supposed to say hello, good morning or good afternoon first, when we walk in! WRONG!!!!!!

Love the service, very nice, love the nails... and what I also like that I can understand what they are saying, unlike other place.. makes you feel uncomfortable

So sad... I was so happy when I walked in and saw that this place was not an asian nail shop but rather a nail shop ran by all Latino ladies, unfortunately I left thinking that they should leave the nails business to the asians! this was absolutely the worst job I have ever had done on my nails I dont think that all of them are licensed hence they will mess up! The owner started on my nails but then but then turned me over to a different girl to do the acctual acrylic she left my nails lumpy and didn't apply the acrylic at the beginning of the nail so it looks as if I have had them for over a week I was not happy but decided oh well I know for next time but then when I asked how much I owed them she said $40 mind you she didnt give me solor acrylic AND DID A HORRIBLE JOB!! This was a maybe $18 dollar job I refused to pay $40 dollar's for the horrible job they did, the owner did ask a girl next to her to fix them but I didn't want to spend any more time in there since it took them about an hour and 20 min to mess them up as it was. Si she said I should pay $30 I didn't think they deserved that either but hey what was I to do :/ I pulled out whatever cash I had on me $28 dollars and left, to bad because I actually wanted them to work oh well. My appreciation for Asian's has grown even if they do talk mess about ppl.

I have been to this location twice and have walked out very happy. I like how they take the time to do whatever design or idea that you request.... I will not go anywhere else the owner and girls there are very nice and polite...���� keep up the great job..

It's funny how she was so upset but the daughter seemed fine ���� I believe your real problem is is that you thought a mani ment a set of acrylic French nails..... hum... trying to make a business look bad because you don't kw what mani is... smh and I'm sure the wait was awhile but I'm sure not 3 hours it's your decision if you want to wait that's not the salons fault ... and when clients leave tips it's usually because they were satisfied.... JS

My daughter did mani&pedi and they did a sucky JOB!!!! And plus their nail polish they used was wet n wild that is a cheap nail polish:( and plus the boss is very rude lady they won't last if she going to be ungly. Just saying!

I been getting my nails done there since they opened and they have a really good relaxing calm business they talk to you while they work and the nails usually last me a month plus the fills I love it there and I will continue to get my nails done there

I went to Butterfly due to the other two recommendations listed here and while the staff is very friendly their nails did not stick well at all. Within less than a week they were lose around all of the edges and were starting to form air pockets on the sides. I spoke to the owner about it, she refused to give me a refund. Though she did offer to re-do them I don't think that an hour of my time is worth them coming off again next week.

awesome place. Loved it. They did an amazing job. I just moved here and have had a difficult finding a nail salon that did quality work. Good prices also, Will definately come back.
