Bud's Custom Embroidery & Screen Printing

The whole team at Bud's Embroidery was an absolute pleasure to work with! Their front desk staff attended to me promptly and the design staff was friendly and very helpful in assisting me with picking just the right colors of thread for very detailed work with the coat of arms I wanted embroidered onto my daughter's backpack. Excellent work all around and will be going back for future needs!

Most unprofessional business I have ever walked into. Extremely over priced. Owner is a crazy man!!!

Prices are too expensive. I went in for a simple embroidery job on one shirt. It was it was $10, but then they added a $35 setup fee to that price. The owner (male) was also screaming at his employees and even fired one right in front of me. The place was a complete mess and very loud too. What a scary first experience I had as a first time customer there. I will never go back there again.

I did not have a good experience, I ordered shirts for a Alzheimer's Memory walk for my mother and when I went to pick up my shirts at the store my shirts were not ready. In order for me to get my shirts I would have to go get them myself on Nakoma Dr. So here I go to get them to find out the date of my mom's birthdate was wrong. The date had been confirmed 3 times by the owner's wife.

I was very upset and now it was too late to have them redone.

I was very embarrassed to give all the people that ordered shirts with wrong date on them.

So now I have pictures of our team all wearing shirts with wrong date of birth printed on them.

These guys do great work, I had some personal projects I drew up for caps, they took my drawings and turned them into reality, I didn't need a large number of caps but the quality in workmanship was the same as though I was ordering a large amount, they have a great affordable set up charge and quality workmanship, excellent costumer attention, great selection of caps, great people to work with, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for small or large embroidery projects. You will be pleased with their high quality work.....

By random search for a screen printing company, I found Bud's Embroidery on McCullough. Bud and his team were able to make our swim team t-shirts beautifully! On my end, I was given a very short time period to get shirts for our event. I mean SHORT! Bud's Embroidery made it happen! I am very impressed with the customer service that Bud provided.



Bud promised that the shirts would be ready by 6:00 p.m. Tuesday. By the way, Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. was when the shirts were being handed out for event the next morning . I was thrilled and said I would be there at 6:00.



E-mails went back & forth that day and the shirts were ready on time! However, through a comedy of Murphy's law errors that day, I was running late.



Bud sent me a text to remind me that the shirts were ready!!!! I told him I was running late. He said it was ok. I am almost certain he stayed just for me so I wouldn't have had to show up empty handed that night which would have meant the kids would not have had their shirts the next morning.



Most companies would have just closed for the night and not thought twice about an order not picked up. That personal treatment goes a very long way with me!!!



You will never regret trusting your orders to Bud's Embroidery! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Go elsewhere. I should have known my order was doomed from day one. It was a very simple order nothing fancy. Only one specific request, the shirts had to be a certain color. I made it clear to the owners employee what color and she wrote it on the order sheet however when I went to pick up the shirts low and behold they were the WRONG COLOR. Bud himself said he could not make good on the order and said it was not his fault that his own employee did not specify the exact color of shirt that would need to be used. He was rude and unprofessional. Lesson to be learned, don't be so quick to choose a business if you really don't know what kind of reputation it has.
