        Overall

        We were there at 12:30 pm. I was totally unhappy with the service. The employees acted like they did not want to be there . One of them throw one of the orders on the counter and it opened up . The other w order was also thrown the same way. Anything I was unhappy was you have no handicap rails I had to sit on ground to be able to get up and almost tore my pants. Then some said the handicap was in the back.

        In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily.
