Big Tex A/C-San Antonio Inc

The original Big Tex Air in 2008 was awesome. Not sure why they sold out to this company, who won't even honor their service agreements. Don't ever puchase a service plan because if the company folds your out hundreds of dollars.

This company is horrible. They don't have enough Service techs, they are not 24/7. When they come out and if you need a part, don't expect them to have it. They have to order it and then it takes a week to get in. The company is obiviously too small to be doing any type of work. Don't expect anything to be done when hiring them. The only thing they probably have is a can of free on!!! Call a bigger company like WILL FIX IT !!! They carry everything they need to get the job done and have more then enough service Techs to go around!!!!
