I am not sure what business the other "people" on this site are commenting on but I had nothing but POOR experiences. I will state %100 facts so I don't get threatened with "legal issues" from giving them poor reviews AGAIN. The duplex I stayed in while myself and my wonderful family were waiting to close on our house was the absolute worst experience ever to include tents in Iraq and kuwait. First and foremost the property flooded HORRIBLY every time it rained more than .25 inches I reported it with pictures on 4 different occasions and on 3 others via text. I even sent a certified letter as the state of texas requires but they refused to fix until after we moved as per the owner who was a no-show twice. It was moldy and smelt horrible often bothering my 5 yr olds asthma. Fast forward after putting this whole circus behind us and waiting for our 1K security deposit we instead got a bill for $50 for........No lie.......$600 for not mowing back yard and trimming tree (there was no front yard) $65 for blinds- one set that was missing 3 rows and scotch taped together when we moved in. $50 for used oven drip pans? even a towel bar that was super glued on and we reported broken two months after we moved.
They refused to return phone calls and emails and when I finally stopped the office they refused to see me and threatened to call the Police (On a 10 yr Disabled OIF Vet x 2) and I quote "If you want us to address your deposit you need to hire an attorney" GREAT COMPANY. I am not doing anything more than stating FACTS so Berkshire Hathaway call your attorneys and do what you need because I am a real Man and Patriot and left my fear in Iraq and Israel. Do not do business with this agency. My experience was VERY poor.

I recently moved my property to Prudential Don Johnson to have it managed by them. It has been a refreshing experience to have a manager that puts the owner first and who doesn't sell real estate. In my past experiences I believe that they were more concerned about keeping the tenant happy at my expense so they could sell them a home when they were done renting.
