On 02-15-16 I had an appointment with the P.A. Brian Poliquin. I suffering from severe asthma. He explained everything very carefully then started me on breathing treatment and explained a detail plan to get the asthma under control. I've never met such a knowledgable and courteous medical person in all my years (65). He is definitely my go to guy now. The staff also treated me with respect and were very friendly.

If I could give no stars, I would. Lets start here. They take entirely too long to see you. If you make an Appt at 11am, dont expect to be seen til 1pm. So bring your phone charger or some form of entertainment. The staff are a bunch of bumbling idiots. No one is ever on the same page. The amount of money they seem to put into staff that do not interact with patients should be put towards hiring quality nurses or nurse aids. It's Pathetic!!!!! The Doctor's are pretty good, but because the offices are poorly managed, they will lose me as a patient, as well as the rest of my family. I could go on about the rest of the staff, but I choose to keep my thoughts to myself because this review will go south VERY QUICK! Just dont waste your time making them your doctors. Because they have bitten off more than they can chew and do not have the staff to help. THAT IS ALL.

I highly recommend Dr.Beck. but if office continues to make me wait more than an hour every time and can't get prescriptions authorized with insurance and pharmacy in a timely manner. I will have to switch providers. Runs with all the efficency of a government office. If your on a time schedule.....avoid like the plague. Seriously missmanaged...I think they even shut the phones down for an hour during lunch. ..which is when most people try to call for persoanal business such as Doctors offices.

Bandera Family Health Care with Dr. Ramon Reyes and his wonderful assistants and staff provide the best health care in the San Antonio, TX Metro area. Reyes is a wise and capable doctor. His rapid dianosis and actions very possibly prevented my death when he determined I was infected with an e-coli infection. He initiated action and treatment that brought my temperature down from 105 to normal and continued treatment and medication till the terrible issue was resolved.. Over the past several years he continues to treat any of my ills with great success. Furthermore, his assistants and staff provide me fast, friendly, and excellent care and attention. He continues to add medical facilities/staff that provide one-stop examinations; thus, many times, eliminating the need to drive around the medical center area seeking exams. His facility is growing and expanding and I recommend my family and friends utilize him and his facilities. Again - Dr. Ramon saved my life. To me, he and his facility/staff are number one. If your going to do business with this clinic be sure you get your payment up front.They don't pay their bills. I see trouble for this facility. If you can't pay your bills on time or not at all history shows that it can and will affect patient care because of revenue problems, they will have to cut back on staff and services. Be very weary!!!!!!!!!!
