The management is very poor in the front line of the avanzar jit plant u have a supervisor name victor who does drugs and u have to pay him to get a day off or wat ever u want or be a favorite u can report it to hr and all cd Rodriguez just tells us to worry bout are self witch I think is wrong nobody hear u out on this they want to get rid of u with just 5 points while a team lead in fronts has way more points then anyone there but it is all favoritism around there and u want to be like u have to pay supervisor nd drug test need to be done on all of the fronts like I said worst experience there nd will never work for them or advise anyone to work there
