Horrible job after 5 days the nails started lifting. I got them done because I was going on vacation 7 days after I got them done I called to complain they said they only had a 5 day guarantee so I complained even more and she said fine come in ro same girl and she will redue them at no charge worst mistake they did an even worst job..........

1st and last time I will ever go to this place. I was trying to save time by getting my nails done on my lunch hour. I asked for Shellac - french manicure - the white portion of the nail is so poorly painted my 5 year old could have done better. I feel like I have had $30 stolen because it was such a rip off. When I told the lady I wasn't happy with it that the lines were unven and smudged she suddenly forgot how to speak English. Do not go here!!

Had such a bad experience today...went in for a haircut, explained to girl, she acted like she understood, but was nervous. Then I ask if she had experience with short hair, then asked Sam to explain it to her, he did, she started cutting,i made her stop cause she wasnt doing what I asked!!! Then asked Sam to cut, and he wouldn't do it, so I walked out wet hair and all, it was just a bob people!!!!

It's awful!! I am not one to complain, but I am completely unsatisfied with my experience at Allure in South Park Mall. I went in for eyelash extensions and was assured these eyelashes were individual eyelashes and would be applied as so. I was also told they would last a month before I'd need a touch up. This was NOT the case. The eyelashes were applied as clusters and began falling off the next day! For days I was left with gaps in my lashes where big chunks had fallen off. It looked ridiculous. By the end of the week all the eyelashes had completely fallen off. I went in to complain and was promised the RIGHT lashes would be ordered and I'd get a call when they were in. I waited three months and never got a phone call! When I called to ask them if my lashes were in, they let me know it was too late to come back and "I had waited too long". The eyelash extensions are FALSE ADVERTISING! They do not last and they are not applied individually as advertised. Do not go to Allure to get your eyelashes done! It is a waste of $100.

This was the first time i went there. I have always admired the display of nails at Allure so I decided to go and get sculptured nails with 2 nails designed which would only cost 38 that is including removing nails that I had already had on. Well this woman was rough not sure of her name may have been Ana. She removed half of my pinky nail and it was very painful she insisted we put my nail in peroxide which burned like hell. I then told her i didnt think t was a good idea if she put any nail on it now but she kept insisting it be ok. I finally decided no just go ahead and just PAINT (no sculpture) the nine nails of mine. UGH! i paid $30.00 for this and my nails look horrible nail polish is so thick its smearing and im just not satisfied i was very disappointed and never will I go back again. Oh and I did call the manager to this place to complain but she was no help at all , all she coul say was sorry that happend. Yeah your sorry alright.

THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT. MARIANA AND SAM KEEP ME ENTERTAINED WHILE THEY DO GREAT HAIR. I LOVE TO GET MY NAILS DONE BY ROSIE. PEDIS ARE AFFORDABLE AND FEEL GREAT. ITS AN AWESOME ATMOSPHERE. MY MOM AND I LOVE GOING TOGETHER, THEY ALWAYS MAKE US FEEL SPECIAL AND ITS THE FIRST PLACE WHERE I CAN GET MY EYEBROWS WAXED WITHOUT FEAR (THANKS MARIANA)...OVERALL I RECOMMEND THIS SALON.
