All Bounced Out

I reserved two bouncers from this company a month in advance. The day before my daughters 2nd birthday party I call to confirm and he tells me he does not have me on the schedule. I had to scramble and find another bouncer rental company last minute. Then he calls me at 10 o'clock at night asking if he could drop the bouncers off the day of the party? When I reminded him of what he said earlier in the day and I already got another company he didn't know what to say. Who waits for a confirmation at 10 at night the night before their kid's party? What a joke this guy is! What ever you do, steer clear of this mickey mouse operation.

For my daughter's 2nd birthday party, I decided to order a toddler bounce kinda late. I called Tuesday evening for it, with the party that Saturday. He was extremely nice and understanding. He even delivered it after hours on Friday because my husband and I work late. The kids loved it and it was the perfect size! He picked it up around 11am on Sunday. He was wonderful, we recommended him to all our party guests, and we will definitely use his services again.

I had reserved a water slide for our son's 6th birthday, it never showed up, no return calls, nothing!!!! I would not rent from this place. I tried to call them the day of the party with no answer or return calls. I had spoken with them the night before and was assured the slide would arrive.
