I will never use this facility again. I will change doctors first. Worst group of people I have ever dealt with, especially the pre-op business office. They want you to pay your portion of the insurance first, which I told them they were estimating too high, and I was right. The post op nurse told me I had to where the bandages over my stiches two weeks, and the doctor said only two days. She was to verify and call me, but she never called. My doctor was Great. But, he is now retired.
