Air Busters San Antonio

Been waiting for over 3 weeks now for service to be completed. This is a follow up to a service they did last month which was not done properly. They keep making an excuse why they can not show up on their promised date and then reschedule after other services are done 2 days later. Like I said, this cycle of excuses and rescheduling the service days later and not showing up is on-going for over 3 weeks now. They do not answer the phone when I call to find out when they will complete the service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

They don't know what they are doing and are a complete ripoff/scam. Stay far away from them. If I could put a negative star on this rating, I would.

Make sure you get a second opinion! Air Busters overcharges and takes advantage of unknowing people. For an AC leak they came and said that they had to take the entire unit apart to clean it out. They charged $650.00 for this. By that night my AC, which was cooling fine before, all of a sudden started making funny noises and then stopped cooling. After calling they said they would come Monday morning...it was Friday. On Monday the same tech came for about 10 minutes said he must've put it in there wrong and left. I don't know how if AC's are your job you can put one together one after "years of experience". My AC again stopped cooling a few hours after, and when I called to report it they said they would come by the afternoon. They didn't really seem to care that I have a 3 year old and that the temperature was in the triple digits.

Air Busters came to my house to fix one of my air conditioners in response to a home warranty claim. The service associate arrived at to the house very late and began working on the AC. He got the AC started working and left. However, the problem was not solved and the AC went out again the next day. The home warranty company put in another claim for the AC to be fixed by Air Busters. Air Busters scheduled my appointment for several days later, which was unfortunate since the temps were in the 90s. They then called me on the evening of my scheduled service call (I was told they would be there as close to 4 PM as possible) and told me that I would have to be reschedule for first thing the next morning due to some jobs taking longer than expected. That didn't work out either. After calling to find out where the service technician was the next morning, I was informed that he was doing an installation, but would still eventually make it out to my house. This type of lousy service cost me time away from work and the better part of my Saturday. I would rather go without AC than deal with this kind of frustrating service.
