Action Appliance Repair

I was told $59.95 for coming out. They came out and said it was a "$450" job. We decided not to do the repairs. However; I was not there and my husband wrote a check for $74 and change not realizing I was told $59.95. I have called twice 2 different days and being told someone will call me. That hasn't happened! Apparently I am not the only person judging by these reviews.

They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and I scheduled time for them to service my dishwasher; unfortunately their schedule ran late and they were not able to make the trip out to Boerne. We rescheduled for another day and the same thing happened. I was not willing to give this a third try and went with another service company.

Do not use this company!! we are out 350.00 and they did not even repair. Was told we would get our money back. Ha!! no money back! be aware!!

TOTAL SCAM, out $380.00 aka New Braunfels Appliance repair. talk a good talk, take your money leave you hanging!!! DO NOT stand behind warranty,& won't return phone calls. reported to B B B!!!

I prefer not to denigrate this company nor its owner, but I would strongly suggest that you seek to determine if they are licensed and bonded, not to mention to obtain recommendations. I did not....and it was a very big and costly mistake on my part.

Never do business with Action Appliance Repair. Two weeks ago they promised to fix my oven. As of today I am out $270.00 and all they did was tear my oven apart and damage my cabinets.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. I AM OUT $149.00 AND MY APPLIANCE STILL DOES NOT WORK.
