Aces High Casino Parties

By far my worst experience ever. I rented a bounce house for my daughters birthday. I first chose them because they were insured through the state of Texas. However it was not worth the price or the hassle. First I was told that if my party started at 12 they would have to be there by 11, So I rented out the area an extra hour. As 11 came around they weren't there. I gave them the chance that there might have been traffic but by 1145 they still were not there. I called there business number that said they were closed on Sundays but gave and emergancy number to call. I called 4 times before someone answered. I then asked the wereabouts of the bounce house. The womans reply "we dont have any parties today" To which I replied well the 375 out of my bank account says there should be. She says let me call you back. I get a call back from a man who says hes sorry that my paperwork must have been thrown away. But they were on their way. By now the party was almost over they drove out set it up for 35 minutes which I ended up paying for to use that area a little longer. I called back again and talked to Amber. Her response was oh that never happens and we will refund your money. In fact we show up when others don't. I just hope you dont lose money or effort renting from this place.
