I bought a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher from them. The dishwasher and refrigerator were new just dented. The refrigerator was $2200 less than the normal price and it was significantly less than other dent shops. The staff were super friendly. I needed my old dishwasher removed and the new one installed. Like many places they don't install the dishwasher. The lady was very helpful and called a few places until she found a friend that would remove the old one and install the new one for me for $75. That was really helpful since I was making calls to find someone and wasn't having any luck. Though the order was placed late in the day and added to after I left the store; they still delivered the same day ( not many places deliver at 8pm) overall I am very impressed with the business. For the price, the quality is great. Way better than rolling the dice on craigslist which was my alternative for finding used appliances.

I of course bought a refrigerator from them. Had to hook it up myself, just to have it spoil my food within a couple days. Started off as a cold fridge and it just gradually decreased in temperature to almost no coolness at all. I'm so worried what is going to be the outcome are reading all these horrible review. I will report them to the BBB if I have ANY problems getting this resolved

When the fridge was first purchased they took two day to deliver it (promised same day) when they finally delivered the fridge they set it up and left. two days latter the fridge stopped working. I called they came out the next day and said by the end of the day I would have a new one. two days later they finally bring another one. they did not deliver it till 7pm at night when I was about to leave. they delivery man hooked it up and we both left. I returned about 2-3 hours later to find roaches crwaling all over my kitchen coming from the seams of the fridge. This caused me to have a severe panic attack and spray the whole kitchen with bug spray (I had to have some one drive over bring me roach spray and to help calm me down) Next morning I called and explained to them what happened they came right out to pick up the fridge and said they would have someone come out and spray and clean and replace the fridge. yesterdays (six days after they took the fridge) they had someone come out and place roach bait in my apartment and said the next day they would have my kitchen cleaned and a new fridge, the next day they never showed up. this morning I called and told them it needed to be done today. the delivery guy delivered it around 2pm today I looked at it and told him it was the same infested fridge and ontop of that it was now filthy. he told me to call the company and so I did. I let them know this was unacceptable and someone still needs to come clean. the employee to me to "quit ******** and ***** off" and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the owner and she told me too bad they were not doing anything else.

This business does not deserve one star, but had to put it for this to go through. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. We bought a refrigerator, did not work from the day we got it. They said they would send someone to work on it, but no one ever showed up or called. It is supposed to have warranty, but what good is warranty when no one will come fix it.

1 star is being generous! I'd give them - 10 stars if I could! From day 1 our appliance has been broken and they want to charge us a fee to fix it! They refused to hook up our fridge on delivery and now I know why, it leaks! Worst business ever I will NEVER recocomend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed that I bought a washer and dryer from this store and the appliances were not working from day 1. A repairman came to fix the problems but the dryer is still messed up. They told my husband it was the dryer vents that needed cleaning. So, he had them cleaned out. However, the tenant I had there before never had any problems. The dryer still gets very hot and is a fire hazard. We're going on the 8th day and still waiting for them to fix the dryer. This is the first time I buy from an appliance store that sells refurbished appliances and I probably will never buy from these type of stores again because of this negative experience. If you buy from them, be sure it is working before you take it home...even if you have to take a load a clothes to try it out.
