A & M Transmission

I have been going to A&M for 2 years. I used to live in the area and needed an oil change, so I tried them out. When I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly staff. I also explained that other places were trying to get me to put synthetic oil when I knew my car didn't really call for it. They told me based on my vehicle that I didn't need that expensive oil if I didn't want it. I take all of my vehicles to them and they never try to poke my eyes out. They are always upfront with me about what the prices are and what kind of work that is needing to be done. They never do work until they have fully explained the problem and what the exact cost of the repair will be. I usually don't trust mechanic shops, but since I have started doing business with A&M I can say I fully trust them with my vehicles. They gained my trust on the first visit. I don't live in the area anymore, but I still take the drive knowing my vehicle will get taken care of right by A&M. I will always recommend A&M to anyone who is looking to get car repairs done.

I have taken my car there for over a year. They have been up front honest and easy to work with. Military friendly. Good fast service. I recommend.

I went to this place to get my brakes done. For repairs I will no complaint, but customer service is the worst. They give you one price and then they changed without tell you. I told them that I was told for a different price, and they started to get mad and attack my husband and me.

I am very impressed with this transmission shop. My transmission was slipping and I called A & M Transmission and talked to Alfredo. They right away had my car towed in and took good care of me. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and I felt very comfortable with them fixing my car. I will be back for any vehicle problems and highly recommend this car shop. A&M transmission is the best transmission shop out there! There is no other place where I receive excellent work for a reasonable price! The employees were very helpful and made me feel as if I was talking to one of my friends! But over all the work done to my car is excellent and would recommend to anyone with a transmission problem! A& M...Look elsewhere. This company is unprofessional. I had a horrible experience with them & feel like I was taken advantage of. This business wont last to long once others feel they were taken advantage of. Save your hard earned money & find somewhere else to go.

My daughter took her car here for transmission work. They told us they would work with her on financing, let her take the car when the work was done and let her make payments. But when the car was done they went back on their word and wanted everything up front. I feel bad for trusting them. Now her car is stuck there until she comes up with the money. They acted really nice but lied straight to my face. Buyer beware.

At another shop down the street I waited almost 6 hours to get my brakes done. I needed to try somewhere new. I was in and out quick at A & M transmission.I think I just found my new car care place! Very happy.

This shop has only been open a short while, but I already know this is the shop I will choose everytime I have any issue with my vehicle. Alfredo (the owner) has been helpful and honest. He doesn't repair things that don't need to be repaired. It's rare to find a repair shop that doesn't try to 'upcharge' you. Awesome customer service!
