I ordered a Floral Arrangement from this company to be delivered to our hotel as a surprise to my wife for our 39th Anniversary. When the flowers were delivered it was totally the wrong arrangement. I ordered an arrangement for $170.00 (Golden Days) and the one delivered was listed for $120.00 (Golden Anniversary) on the company's website.
Instead of delivering the floral arrangement I chose to surprise my wife with, this company took it upon themselves to send a cheaper floral arrangement. They decided what flowers my wife should have for our anniversary, while charging me the full price of my choice of arrangements. They charged me $170.00 for a $120.00 product - unacceptable..
I was unable to call in the mistake, until the next day, since my wife was right there with the flowers and we had dinner arrangements.
The company resolution was to credit me back $50.00 to my credit card. So I only pay $120.00 (the full price of the wrong arrangement). The employee I talked with on this matter could not understand they had overcharged me $50.00 for the actual wrong flowers they delivered, and that by giving me the refund off my original order, they were not correcting their mistake. He became short & curt with me as he failed to understand what I was trying to explain to him and ended the conversation with 'Do whatever you feel you must do'. This company has lost a customer for good. I will not use this florist again nor can I in good faith recommend this business to others.

Anniversary Flowers My husb...

Anniversary Flowers

My husband sent me a dozen long stem yellow roses for our anniversary. They were delivered to my office and were beautiful. Problem was they were wilting the afternoon that I got them. I got comments like "sure they were beautiful when you got them" and they were shocked when I told them when I just got them. I called the florist who told me that he had no idea what I was talking about, he had the others from the bunch there and they were fine. He offered to make me another arrangement, but it would not be yellow. I told him I wanted yellow as my husband had ordered. He told me he would get another delivery on Monday and if I called and reminded him, he would bring me another bunch. Monday came and I called, he was annoyed on the phone, but begrudgingly brought me another arrangement. When he walked in he told a co-worker "these are fresh from the nursery". Her response, yes they look like it, but they are orange. He argued they are yellow...She brought me the orange roses (smaller buds, but fresher) and we discussed the comments that he made to her. I called my husband to get specifics on where he ordered them from. It was flower concierge (Florida). I called, the rep on the phone was very helpful and offered me $20 off, I told her I am just completely unsatisfied and frustrated. She put me on hold to call the store. He told her that he was annoyed with me and the flowers he brought were yellow tipped. She came back on the phone and relayed his comments and attitude. At this point I was so frustrated, I asked if they would refund our money if I brought the orange ones back, she agreed. I got in the car and drove them back to the shop, the man at the front desk was surprised to get a reverse delivery, but he was not the owner that I had been talking to so I got a receipt of delivery and left. We got our money back from Flower Concierge and would use them again because of their customer service, but would NOT use A Dream Weaver Florist EVER AGAIN. This was the first time my husband has sent me flowers and it was a complete surprise, I just wish the florist had corrected the issues and had not tried to argue when it was clear he was wrong.

Overall
Outstanding and Excellent

I had tons of flowers and plants arranged for my grandfathers funeral.

A Dream Weaver really came through for my family.

In our time of mourning they were consultive and empathetic.

I was recommended from a friend and going forward I will always use

A Dream Weaver as my florist while in San Antonio.

Overall
NOT what I ordered..

I called and ordered my husband a balloon bouquet for his birthday while he was there on business. I said I wanted them tied with chocolate and I wanted to spend $40 dollars and to have it delivered by 10:00 a.m. The next day I got charged for $53 so I called them and they delivered it for free bringing it to about $43. That was fine. The day I wanted them delivered, It got to be 11:00 and nothing had been delivered and my husband was switching hotels(there were different meetings in different hotels) so I called to rearrange and he said he would deliver them at 3:00. That came and went so I had to call again and we rearranged hotels again. He called back at about 4:30 to confirm my order and by 5:00 my husband had another meeting that he had to be late for because he waited for the delivery guy to come. When he finally came, he saw what was delivered...four balloons tied down with a tea set.....I called and complained and said that they would return my money. We'll see. All in all I would not recommend them.
