"Amazing" I have been on the verge of ripping out all our carpet just thinking it would be easier. I thought there was no hope. I found Carpet Master of San Antonio just browsing the Internet not knowing the results but took a chance and I must say they saved my carpet it looks amazing it looks brand ne. Very happy and pleased with the service. At the last minute a response they were able to have it done before our New Years eve party which was the next day. Mr. Webb provided a deep carpet cleaning in my home. Due to the age of the home and carpets, they were extremely dull and dirty...Mr. Webb brought them back to life!

Mr. Webb listened to my request and responded in kind to my needs. He accommodated my "emergency" schedule by coming the next day. What should have taken Mr. Webb less than a couple of hours to clean the three carpeted rooms, he went the extra mile by taking his time and putting in extra muscle to get the job done.

Mr. Webb is professional, courteous, trustworthy, and punctual...not to mention, he has excellent prices for the services he provides. I would definately recommend Charles to others, and I will use him again.

Excellent Job! Needed upholstery/furniture cleaned on short notice and we're extremely pleased with our choice. On time, very efficient and honest. Rare to find in this day and age. Definitely would recommend them and use them again!!

I saw steam, but the results were awesome. had some really dirty areas due to several garage sales, full house looked like practically new carpet. Will use service again and recommend to friends.

OMG! Awesome JOB. There were minor stains in several places; Carpet Masters came in pre-sprayed and used a rotary cleaning machine and all of the stains were gone. Leaving a nice and even look. No extra charge because I lived in an apartment. 3rd floor. Excellent price for 3 rooms, I would highly recommend! Would use again!

The bedroom carpets were a little challenging but he managed to get them out. I will refer Carpet Masters to my friends and I will use them again!!! Happy camper here.

I would recommend this carpet cleaning service to all my friends and co-workers. They did an AWESOME job and my carpet looks like when we first moved into the house. I wish I had requested their service much sooner. Great Job!
