2 Women Cleaning Services

I'm writing this review after waiting ALL day for them to show up AGAIN.....and guess what? They can't come AGAIN! I had an appt. last Friday (that had been made 1 month in advance), and after receiving numerous texts that morning saying they were running late due to weather (rain?!?), I finally received a text saying they would be here within the hour. I drove home (scheduled my whole day around this). Waited awhile, and then received a call from Ruth saying she didn't think they would make it today because she was short staffed and didn't want to burn herself out. I was very polite and accommodating and rescheduled for today (Wednesday), even though it was a huge inconvenience for me since I was having company over the weekend & that's the whole point of hiring a cleaning service! Then today comes. I receive the text this morning stating their arrival time would be between 1-6 pm. Nothing all day long until 5:15. I receive a voice mail at 5:15 stating that they don't think they will be able to make it again today. Never an apology. Ruth states that they are cleaning are large house that they have to finish & she's exhausted and the girls are to. She wants to know if I want my money back (I purchased deal through Living Social) or do I want to reschedule? ARE U KIDDING ME! Sounds like my experience was identical to Stephanie B. (3-10-21024)

This business is totally unprofessional. They schedule and reschedule appointments. I ask for specific dates and time for service and they can't deliver. My first cleaning they broke to of my blinds. They offered to pay but I wasn't that concerned about that they come as a whole team of people but the cleaning is not even that great. They do all communication by text and I was suppose to have my second cleaning today and once again I was ask to reschedule for tomorrow because one of her cleaners call out because there baby is sick. Honestly I don't care I told her to please come as scheduled. She never texted me back and didn't show up. I personally don't care about her employees personal problem she as a team of four so to be down one person shouldn't matter I have had other cleaning services that only send one person to do my whole house and they do a better job. Horrible customer service, they break things, they cancel last minute, inconvenience the customer, rude and the list goes on. There cheap but honestly not worth it. More than likely I will not be receiving my second cleaning because I don't want to deal with them any more. Really zero star they make you give one.

I received a house cleaning from 2women cleaning svc. As a house warming /birthday present, they were 1& 1/2 hr. late upon arrival they backed into my brothers truck's tail gate didn't clean worth a damn & is refusing to pay for the damages even though I took pics of everything & on top of that they left a bag of garbage & empty cleaning products thrown on my front lawn. ZERO stars horrible service. Beware.
