X-Zone Clothing

This place is absolutely a nightmare. The two Asian women that work there follow you around like stalkers assuming everyone is there to steal something. That's not the half of it, though. Their clothing & shoes are FAR from good quality but their prices are pretty cheap & because I'm always looking for a deal, I've shopped there for years & spent at least $1000 in the last 2 years. I always leave there feeling like I've been abused. They are so rude & I don't know why I've put up with it for so long. This last visit was the final straw. The younger associate was following me around like I'm some kind of hoodlum but mind you, I just got off work & was in my business suit, so from a glance I would definitely not fit the stereotype of someone who they should feel the need to hover over. Anyway, I asked her the price on a pair of shoes & she said they were $13. Then when I went to pay I asked her again to confirm the prices on all the items I was going to purchase. She told me again that the shoes were $13. She proceeds to ring me up & punches in the price for the shoes at $16. I noticed & I stopped her. I mentioned that she told me twice the shoes were $13. She then says that she didn't tell me $13 but that she told me $16. I disagreed & I said that I will only pay $13 because the price I was quoted. TWICE! Then the older lady comes over & starts yelling at me. She grabbed all of the items I was trying to buy & she says "do you want these, or not?" I said yes I do but I'm going to pay the price I was told for the shoes. Another customer in the store overheard everything including the price I was quoted on the shoes. She confirmed that I indeed was told they were $13. The older lady told her to shut-up & get out of the store. I was shocked! Then she told me I had to pay $16 for the shoes or I wouldn't get them. The other customer told me, "You should just leave. You shouldn't put up with that". The older lady said to her, "F*ck you!" At that point I was so disgusted I just decided that if they are going to treat customers that way, then I don't need to do business with them. Basically, they were willing to lose a $100 sale over $2. Needless to say, I will never, never, ever go into that store again...& I would caution you to not shop there either. They have no respect for their customers & they obviously don't realize that being belligerent to the people that shop there will really hurt them in the end!
