        Overall

        Find another place to take your business, mail, packages etc. Rude, disrespectful employee, that confronted a business customer in an out of control manner yelling across a parking lot in front of many bystanders. Totally unprofessional, all because he thought the customer hadn't held the door for him when he exited with a package where she clearly did. As he reentered the store he continued his outrage and prompted me to go ahead and contact the manager!, then telling me, because I am the manager. I was a manager at Dairy Queen too at 16. Maybe a manager, but clearly not the owner!
