        When I entered the store I ...

        When I entered the store I was greeted with a hearty HELLO!! from Chris and Phil. Of course I stopped dead in my tracks and looked behind me...I mean am I THAT important? I don't even get that sort of greeting at HOME!



        It turned out that I AM that important at PC LAPTOPS. Chris took time to listen to me about what I WANTED in a laptop, and he patiently articulated what I NEEDED to more than do the job. No pressure during the "here's your options" phase of the pre-build consultation. I wanted something GOOD, but I got something extraordinarily GREAT!! FAST FAST FAST computer!! I even had the computer that same day.



        The best customer service, the planet's BEST warranty, and a laptop I take time to brag about daily. Best experience I ever had when purchasing anything at all!!

        GREAT COMPUTER

        Catherine is mega happy with her new 636 laptop....very fast...Jason and Matt were very helpful....explained things so even my computer impaired brain could understand it...and speed ..one day is all it took..computer done and ready to go...plan on buying a desktop soon...PC LAPTOPS..they really do love you...BUY AMERICAN...CHILEDOUG
