        Overall

        Tyler Parker took a $600 deposit for work and never performed or provided a refund. For a couple of weeks he would respond to phone calls by text, but eventually canceled his voice mail and blocked my calls. He still has my $600. I gave him one star because it was required to leave a review, but would give zero stars if possible.
