Hillside Park Apartments

Bathroom leak from ceiling still hasnt been fixed,maintenance is too busy smoking out back. Every tenant will complain of water damage. Ive had 2 plumbers come both said ceiling needs to go n they never come back! Low lifes out weigh decent people.ive had someone try to break in. N while floors look nice they are slippery n not kid friendly my daughter fell n fractured her skull onto the brick hearth on fireplacethank god shes ok

I have lived here to long.This complex is very dangerous to live in.There is drug activity constantly .management has witnessed gang fights and drug deals and still will not clean it up.we did not have hot water for a month and they still charged high gas bills.police are here constantly .Amc management doesn't care about anything but raising rent.they discremanate against families and hard working tenants by charging differant rental rates and raising utilities .They will raise your rent for no reason and then tell you its in a non exsisting contract.The only way out of a lease is to take them to court because they charge for everything.Even if there was damage befor you move in document it.they will still try to sue .Please be advised amc management properties are all horrible places to live.

this place is the pits extremely high utilities u share with everyone no maintenance the pool is an eye sore closed by the health department police daily. dont be fooled. this is your warning

Two words: bed bugs!! Had them before I moved in but didn't inform me about them. Fights all the time. Pool was shut down by the health department for being contaminated and unsafe.

This apartment has been nothing but a nightmare since we moved in 7 months ago. The day we moved in a 300 pound black woman came upstairs threatening to kill us because "y'all keep walkin' back and forth" in the middle of the day! Management did nothing. The walls are incredibly thin. We can hear the meth addict above us beating her kids almost every night. Management, of course, has done nothing. It takes months for management to fix any problems. We went a full month with a broken front window because unsupervised kids regularly throw rocks at random apartment windows. Management, of course, does nothing about any of it. We moved here because we have a 2 year old, and we were assured this was a safe place for families, but now we don't even take him outside because there are so many drugs (meth in the 2 apartments above us) and drunks and psychos in this complex. The 300 pound black woman threatening us continues to this day, and management has still done nothing. The neighbor above us physically attacks other neighbors when she's drunk (which is pretty much every night). The remodel they're boasting about is a band aid over a bullet wound. Things break constantly. Most of the windows don't even line up to close properly. Over the winter we had to tape the windows to keep it warm in here. All of the physical problems would be tolerable if there were normal people living here, but management doesn't seem to care at all about the safety of this place. Oh, and those projected rent prices are a lie. At least $100 more gets tagged on our rent each month for the "gas bill" even in months when we use little to no gas. It's a huge rip off for the amount of trouble you put up with. Someone is constantly screaming and fighting in the halls. If you're looking for somewhere trashy, then you found it!
