Dr Ken took the time to sit down with me for a serious talk about my health condition and the bleak future awaiting me unless I take control over my diet and the sedentary life style.
I heeded his words.
Eight months later I weigh 90 lbs less and my blood pressure dropped from 148/110 to 105/70. No pills. I just did what he told me and today I feel like 20 years younger ...!
