I inquired about a desktop cleaning / Windows Install / start-up optimization for two desktops. He seemed knowledgeable and was easy to communicate, I was ready to set something up until he quoted me a price for the job. Instead of an hourly and an estimated time needed, he opted for a flat quote per computer. He quoted each computer at 120 dollars each* for a very simple job that wouldn't take over an hour two max. I talk with him about this absurdly inflated price, he then says it would take 3 hours and his hourly is 80 dollars. This is not only false it would not take this long, but 80 dollars is on the high end of the spectrum. I would strongly suggest finding another computer person, as he tried to take advantage of me and will likely do the same with you. Buyers beware.

Eric at Dash 9 IT Consultants was great to work with! I was looking for someone to upgrade an older lap top I had. Eric explained the pros and cons of puting money in to the old one or just getting a new one. I chose to go with a new lap top. He helped me shop on line for a new one, I had it sent to his business and he set it all up for me. When I went to pick it up he spent alot of time explaining things to me and answered any and all questions I had and his fee was more than reasonable. The only thing for improvement would be the location. The business is run out of his home and it was kinda tight for space, but the service was great! would reccomend to anyone.

Prompt and knowledgeable service. Dash 9 IT is excellent for a small business such as mine, commercial window cleaning, that needs tech support. Erick did an fantastic job getting me set up with google docs.

I have had 3 other people fix my computers in the last couple of years...this company refurbished my computer, installed security software, taught me and my family how to clean it up frequently to prevent viruses...and IT WORKS BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!
