        Customers Unserviced.

        They do not bother to answer the phone. Cricket is a wannabe communications services provider. They do not understand customer service.



        I attempted to pay my bill online in two payments. The first payment went through, the second payment was "forbidden for my security". Cricket then suspended my account. I have since been unable to contact them. Noone answers the phones at the stores. The customer service line was no better, after 25mins waiting, no answer.



        Cricket in my opinion, is a useless company.
