        Don't EVER rent from Cedar Cliffs Apts, Royal Oaks or any other apartment complex run by this awful company!! OMG!! In 10 months, I had more maintenance problems that were NEVER fixed than anywhere I've ever been! 6 visits to fix the refrigerator which was NEVER fixed, but finally pulled another old one out of my apt. They claim good maintenance, and it's NOT!! Awful management, awful company that sucks every penny out of you for parking, sewer, garbage, water, a $10 a month service fee all on top of rent. DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! You'll regret it!
