Sterling Trace Apartments

Where shall I begin? Complaints go unnoticed, people are allowed to do whatever they want and be as loud as they want with no consequences, even calling the police doesn't make management address problems. Very poorly run property, trash always everywhere, carts from surrounding stores all in breezeway, liquor bottles by vehicles, busted furniture allowed to sit outside of doors, drugs sold freely.

This is a really bad place to live you don't want to move here the bldg i live in they let people make all kinds of noise DISTURB OTHER AND THEY DON'T CARE i can understand some noise the the apartment apartment above me is like a war zone in here trash all over the grounds garbage Dumpster area filthy the grass is sad to even look at its all bald its becoming a very fine ghetto. So if you don't want the problems i have to go through don't move in this place its disgusting i think all their properties are like this and high rent in a low income area probably . Iast night was the worse it sounded like they through the refrigerator on the floor it shook the entire bldg i ask my neighbor did he hear all that and he is deaf and heard it thats how loud it was. Like i was sayin g apart 304 is a MF if i had know this would happen i would have never moved into this slum theses are bbrand new apartments and they allowing people to just destroy them . Dont move here is all i can say
